What do you need from me to start?
Nothing. The first version of your page is built from what is already public — your listing, your Facebook, the way you describe your treatments. Your real photos, hours and prices arrive when you decide to go ahead. Anything we could not verify stays marked as placeholder on the demo, so you always know what is confirmed and what is not.
Do I pay for the demo?
No. The demo stays live on our address and costs you nothing. If you want it on your own domain with your own photos, the price is the one printed above — in writing, itemised, before you pay anything. The care plan afterwards is optional and never a condition of delivery.
Why are your prices public when nobody else's are?
Because the number is not the negotiation. You are buying a page your patients can use and a file you own outright — not a theme somebody flipped and handed over with the password. If the price is the only reason you would say no, you should find that out in ten seconds rather than after three meetings. And if the price is right, we can spend the call on your clinic instead of on discovery questions.
What if my site is already hacked or dead?
We tell you first. If your domain is compromised or expired we do not build on top of it — we put the new page on our address, walk you through recovering or registering the domain in your name, and move everything across once it is clean. You never hand a compromised domain to a builder and hope.
Who are you, exactly?
WhiteCoat is the dental web studio of FoundationGroup, a web-agency holding that builds sites across many trades. Dentistry is the only niche this brand takes on, which is why our pages are about chairs and bookings rather than generic business brochures. The live example above and the ten design directions are our own work — open them.
How long does it take, and what if I need changes later?
The demo already exists by the time you read this. The full clinic system is a seven-day build once your confirmed details are in hand, and every build includes two weeks of tweaks while you look at it properly. After that, small changes sit on the optional care plan — or you take the archive to whoever you like, because it is yours.
